Tsvetan Lazarov was born on the 10th of February 1962 in the city of Berkovitsa. In 1981 he graduates from the Secondary school of fine arts "Iliya Petrov" in Sofia. From 1983 to 1989 he studies painting with prof. Dobri Dobrev and as. Valentin Kolev in Art Academy "Nikolay Pavlovich" in Sofia.

From 1989 Tsvetan Lazarov is a freelance artist. He works in the field of painting, watercolor and sculpture.

He has his works exhibited in galleries in Bulgaria, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, France, Netherlands.
